Our Alive Guarantee reflects our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and products.
Shipping Preparations:
We take great care in preparing our live cichlid fish for shipping. Our team of experts ensures that the fish are healthy and acclimated to their shipping containers. We only ship fish on Mondays through Thursdays to avoid extended periods in transit. If your fish are not ready for shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will delay shipping until the fish are healthy and ready to travel.
Shipping Methods and Packaging:
We use reliable shipping methods and insulated packaging to ensure that your live cichlid fish arrive at your doorstep alive and healthy. We offer overnight shipping to ensure that your fish spend the least amount of time in transit. We also include a heat pack with every shipment to ensure the safety of your fish during transit, especially in colder climates. Our insulated shipping packing ensures that your fish are protected from extreme temperatures and other environmental factors that may affect their health.
Alive Guarantee:
We guarantee that your live cichlid fish will arrive alive and healthy. If, for any reason, your fish arrive deceased or show signs of illness within 24 hours of delivery, please take a clear photo of the fish in the unopened bag and email it to us within 2 hours of delivery. We will review the photos and issue a full refund or replace the fish at no extra cost to you, depending on the circumstances. In some cases, we may require additional information or tests to confirm the health status of the fish.
After Delivery:
Once your live cichlid fish arrive, it is important to acclimate them to their new environment. Follow our acclimation instructions carefully to ensure that your fish have a smooth transition. We recommend monitoring your fish closely for the first few days after arrival to ensure that they are settling in and adjusting well to their new home. If you have any concerns about the health of your fish, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for live cichlid fish, as it is not possible to guarantee the health and well-being of the fish once they leave our facility. However, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we will work with you to resolve any issues related to the health and well-being of your fish.
